Anyone Can Sell You a Login. The Question Is Who Answers at Eleven at Night.
Every IPTV service on earth looks identical on the day you buy it: a list of channels, a price, a promise. The differences show up three weeks later, on the evening something stops playing and you need a person rather than a help centre. This site is built around that evening — what breaks, who fixes it, how long it takes, and what you can sort out yourself in ninety seconds. The subscription behind it carries 25,000+ channels and 120,000+ films from $15 a month.
Servers are a commodity in this business. Anyone with a few hundred dollars can rent capacity and resell it, which is why every provider's feature list reads the same and why comparing them on channel counts tells you nothing. What is not a commodity is somebody picking up at eleven on a Sunday, recognising from your description that the problem is your router rather than our feed, and saying so instead of selling you an upgrade.
That is the whole of our argument. We run 25,000+ channels and 120,000+ films across 60+ countries on load-balanced infrastructure at 99.9% uptime, exactly as our competitors claim to. The difference we can actually demonstrate is what happens in the conversation after something goes wrong — and you can test that before spending anything, by asking us a hard question today.

Thirteen Walkthroughs, Written After the Support Calls
Trusted by viewers on Fire TV, Android, Samsung, LG, Apple, Roku, Windows and dedicated IPTV boxes
Each of these was written the third time somebody rang about the same menu. They name the exact screens, list what usually goes wrong on that device specifically, and exist so you never have to wait for us at all. Pick your hardware, or open the setup hub.
What We Will Tell You That Others Will Not
That your connection is the problem. That the box you bought in 2019 caps at 1080p. That the channel you want does not exist here. Every one of those costs us a sale and saves you a refund, which is a trade we would make every time.

Plans
Four Terms, One Support Desk
The plans differ in length and in how many screens play at once. They do not differ in who answers when you write. A one-month subscriber on $15 reaches the same people, at the same hour, as somebody twelve months in — which is stated here because in this industry it is not always true.

A person on WhatsApp at any hour — not a ticket queue
Identical on every tier: 25,000+ channels, 120,000+ on-demand titles, the 4K feeds — and the same people answering at the same hour whichever you pick. Nothing auto-renews, no card is stored, 7 days to change your mind. Prices in USD.

How it works
What the First Hour Looks Like
You ask something awkward first
Before any money moves. Whether a specific channel exists, whether your 2018 box will cope, what happens if it does not work. We would rather answer that now than refund you in week two, and how quickly we reply is the only preview of our support you can get for free.
Payment, then credentials in the same thread
No portal, no ticket number. A server address, a username and a password arrive in the conversation you are already in, typically inside under 15 minutes, along with which player suits the device you named.
Setup, with somebody on the other end
Follow the walkthrough for your device. If you stall, photograph the screen and send it — that is faster than describing a menu, and it is how most first-night problems get closed in under five minutes.
The trial runs 24 hours with everything open. While it runs, send us a difficult question and time the reply. That tells you more about the next twelve months than any channel list will.
Why choose us
What You Are Paying For
A person, at any hour
Not a ticket system with a four-hour SLA. The same small team answers before you buy, at three in the morning, and on the day you decide to leave.
Activation in under 15 minutes
Order, pay and receive the login in one conversation. Setup help comes from whoever sold it to you, which is the point.
Somewhere to fall back to
Every busy channel exists in more than one bitrate, so a struggling line has a lower rung rather than a frozen picture. Support will tell you which rung to take.
7 days to change your mind
If it will not run on your equipment and we cannot fix it, the money returns in full. Read the refund policy — the exclusions are written down.
When Something Breaks, Whose Problem Is It?
This is the table we actually work from. Most of what reaches a support desk in this industry is not the provider's fault, and a desk that pretends otherwise sells you an upgrade instead of solving anything. Roughly two thirds of what arrives here is in the left column.

Only the last row is ours, and it is the rarest. Any provider telling you that every problem is somebody else's is not worth buying from — but so is one that never says it, because then they are guessing at your expense.
Resell It, and Inherit the Support Desk
Wholesale credits, instant provisioning, your own brand and price
Credits below retail and whatever margin you set above them. What is worth understanding before you buy a pack is where the work sits: we keep the servers, the feeds and the guide data, and you inherit the conversations. Every customer you sign writes to you rather than to us. If that sentence sounds tiring, the margin will not compensate — and we would rather say so than sell you credits you abandon in a fortnight.

What is ALLTIMEIPTV?
A television subscription delivered over the broadband you already pay for, carrying 25,000+ live channels and 120,000+ films and series. You install a player, enter three credentials we send on WhatsApp, and the channel list builds itself. Where we differ from the dozens of services that describe themselves the same way is entirely in what happens afterwards.
Why should the support desk decide my choice?
Because everything else is comparable and support is not. Capacity can be rented by anyone; a channel list can be copied in an afternoon. What cannot be faked is somebody answering at eleven at night and telling you the fault is your router. Ask us something difficult before paying — that is a free and fairly reliable preview.
How fast do you actually reply?
Usually inside a quarter of an hour, around the clock, and before you are a customer as readily as after. We are not going to publish a guaranteed figure, because a guarantee nobody audits is worth nothing. Test it instead: send a question now and time the answer.
What does it cost?
A single screen is $15 for one month or $69 for a year, near $5.75 a month. Two, three and five-screen plans sit on the pricing page. No contract, no card kept on file, and nothing renews unless you say so.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 24 hours, a complete account with every channel open. No card is taken and it expires by itself. Use it to test two things: whether the picture holds on your connection, and how we answer while you have it.
Which devices work?
Firesticks, Android televisions and boxes, Samsung and LG sets from 2016 onward, the Apple range, Roku with limitations, Windows, Mac, and MAG or Formuler boxes. It is a standard Xtream login, so the same three values configure every screen and each one after the first takes about two minutes.
What happens when something stops working?
You describe it, or photograph the screen, and we work out which of three places the fault is in: your equipment, your connection, or our feed. Most of it is the first two, and we say so rather than selling you an upgrade. The table on this page is the one we actually work from.
Will you tell me if this is not right for me?
Yes, and it happens weekly. If the channel you care about is not carried, if your connection cannot sustain the screens you want, or if a platform subscription is doing a job we cannot do, we would rather lose the sale than process a refund in week two.
How fast is activation?
Normally inside fifteen minutes. Payment and setup happen in one WhatsApp conversation and the credentials land in that same thread. Nothing to post, no appointment, no engineer visit.
What internet speed do I need?
Roughly 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 per 4K stream, multiplied by how many screens run at once. Steadiness matters more than the headline figure — a consistent 50 carries more than an erratic 200, because streams break on gaps rather than averages. We will help you work out whether yours is enough before you buy.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Every plan carries 7 days. If it will not run on your equipment and we cannot fix it, say so within 7 days of activation and the payment returns in full. The refund page sets out precisely what is and is not covered, exclusions included.
Who actually answers the messages?
A small team that also handles activations and writes the guides on this site. Not an outsourced tier one working from a script, which is why the answers occasionally include the sentence a script would never produce: this is not our fault and here is how to fix it.
