How do I check a specific channel is carried?
Send us the name. That is genuinely the fastest route and it is free — we will look and tell you yes or no, including no. A list on a website cannot answer it reliably because line-ups move, and a provider unwilling to check for you before payment is telling you something worth knowing.
What arrives in the list?
Roughly what a large cable package carries, plus a great deal more from abroad: the American, British and Canadian networks, the sports tiers including ESPN, Sky Sports, beIN and TSN, news, film and children's channels, and national broadcasters from around sixty countries.
Is the headline count meaningful?
Not particularly, and every provider in this market competes on it. Counts inflate by including regional variants, duplicate bitrates and feeds that stopped working months ago. The only number that matters to you is whether your own thirty or forty channels are present and hold up in the evening.
Something is missing. Can you add it?
Ask. Where it exists upstream and is simply absent from your categories, it is usually added within the day. Where we do not carry it at all you will be told that plainly rather than left on a maybe — which costs us the sale and saves you a refund request.
Are the 4K feeds on every tier?
