For context: ALLTIMEIPTV is an IPTV subscription of 25,000+ live channels and 120,000+ films and box sets from $15 a month, with a 24-hour trial in front and 7 days to reverse the decision behind. A whole section below is about what to do when something breaks, including the cases that are not our fault — those are the answers worth reading, because every provider sounds identical on the questions that flatter them.
Before you buy
What is ALLTIMEIPTV?
A television subscription delivered over the broadband you already pay for, carrying 25,000+ live channels and 120,000+ films and series. You install a player, enter three credentials we send on WhatsApp, and the channel list builds itself. Where we differ from the dozens of services that describe themselves the same way is entirely in what happens afterwards.
Why should the support desk decide my choice?
Because everything else is comparable and support is not. Capacity can be rented by anyone; a channel list can be copied in an afternoon. What cannot be faked is somebody answering at eleven at night and telling you the fault is your router. Ask us something difficult before paying — that is a free and fairly reliable preview.
How fast do you actually reply?
Usually inside a quarter of an hour, around the clock, and before you are a customer as readily as after. We are not going to publish a guaranteed figure, because a guarantee nobody audits is worth nothing. Test it instead: send a question now and time the answer.
What does it cost?
A single screen is $15 for one month or $69 for a year, near $5.75 a month. Two, three and five-screen plans sit on the pricing page. No contract, no card kept on file, and nothing renews unless you say so.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 24 hours, a complete account with every channel open. No card is taken and it expires by itself. Use it to test two things: whether the picture holds on your connection, and how we answer while you have it.
Which devices work?
Firesticks, Android televisions and boxes, Samsung and LG sets from 2016 onward, the Apple range, Roku with limitations, Windows, Mac, and MAG or Formuler boxes. It is a standard Xtream login, so the same three values configure every screen and each one after the first takes about two minutes.
What happens when something stops working?
You describe it, or photograph the screen, and we work out which of three places the fault is in: your equipment, your connection, or our feed. Most of it is the first two, and we say so rather than selling you an upgrade. The table on this page is the one we actually work from.
Will you tell me if this is not right for me?
Yes, and it happens weekly. If the channel you care about is not carried, if your connection cannot sustain the screens you want, or if a platform subscription is doing a job we cannot do, we would rather lose the sale than process a refund in week two.
How fast is activation?
Normally inside fifteen minutes. Payment and setup happen in one WhatsApp conversation and the credentials land in that same thread. Nothing to post, no appointment, no engineer visit.
What internet speed do I need?
Roughly 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 per 4K stream, multiplied by how many screens run at once. Steadiness matters more than the headline figure — a consistent 50 carries more than an erratic 200, because streams break on gaps rather than averages. We will help you work out whether yours is enough before you buy.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Every plan carries 7 days. If it will not run on your equipment and we cannot fix it, say so within 7 days of activation and the payment returns in full. The refund page sets out precisely what is and is not covered, exclusions included.
Who actually answers the messages?
A small team that also handles activations and writes the guides on this site. Not an outsourced tier one working from a script, which is why the answers occasionally include the sentence a script would never produce: this is not our fault and here is how to fix it.
Price and terms
Does a cheaper plan get worse support?
No, and it is worth asking this of anyone you buy from. A subscriber on a single month at $15 reaches the same people at the same hour as one twelve months in. There is no priority tier, because a support desk that triages by spend is one that has stopped answering the cheap customers properly.
How much is it per month?
One screen is $15 standing alone. Longer blocks reduce the monthly figure: $29 over three months, $45 over six, $69 for a year, which lands near $5.75 a month. The table above carries the two, three and five-screen columns.
What is the cheapest plan?
One screen at $15 a month, or $69 for a year. Treat anything far below that carefully. Bandwidth, servers and people who answer at night all have a cost floor, and a year sold for $20 is either subsidised from somewhere unpleasant or offered by somebody who does not expect to be answering messages by spring.
Are there hidden fees or auto-renewals?
None. What is displayed is what you pay, nothing renews by itself, and no card is stored. When a term ends you get a reminder on WhatsApp and you decide. There is no setup fee and nothing to cancel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The options are set out in the conversation when you order, because what works varies by country. Whichever you use, never send card details as plain text in a chat window — not to us, and not to anybody else selling this.
Can I change plan partway through?
Upward at any time, charged at the difference for the remaining period rather than restarting your term. Downward at renewal. Your credentials keep working throughout and nothing needs reinstalling on any screen.
Monthly or yearly on a first purchase?
Monthly, and we will say so against our own interest. The annual saving is about $54 and it is still there in four weeks. What a month buys you is the ability to leave cheaply if your connection turns out to be the limitation — which we would tell you, but which you may reasonably prefer to verify yourself.
What happens if I need a refund?
You write, we try to fix it, and if it genuinely cannot be fixed the money goes back to the original method inside five working days. Most refund requests that reach us end in a repair instead, which is better for you than the money.
Is this worth paying for against free lists?
The free playlists circulating online are scraped feeds shared by thousands at once. They collapse within days, carry no guide, and — the relevant point on this page — there is nobody to write to when they break. Fifteen dollars buys the channels and somebody answerable for them.
What happens after I pay?
Three values arrive in the same chat: a server address, a username and a password. Put a player on whatever you own, enter those once per screen, and the list downloads itself. If you are unsure which player suits a device, say which device and we will point you at the right guide.
Do I need to buy hardware?
Usually not — most homes already own something that works, and we will tell you if yours does not rather than letting you find out afterwards. Where something is needed, a Fire TV Stick at $30 to $50 handles it. Formuler and MAG boxes at $120 to $180 earn that only on a main television.
Do all plans include 4K?
Every one, with no premium tier and no surcharge. The 4K feeds sit beside HD copies of the same channels, which matters more than it sounds: on a busy evening the HD copy is what keeps the picture alive, and knowing to reach for it is half of what support does.
Why is there no live chat widget?
Because a widget on a website reaches nobody at two in the morning and creates the impression of availability rather than availability itself. WhatsApp reaches a phone that somebody is carrying. It is less impressive on a landing page and considerably more useful at the hour you need it.
Can I speak to someone before buying?
That is the preferred route, and the reason the WhatsApp number sits at the top of every page rather than behind a form. Ask what you like — including what we do not carry, which is the question most worth asking any provider.
The trial
What should I test during the trial?
Two things, and the second is the one people skip. First, whether the picture holds on your connection during a genuinely busy evening, with as many screens running as you intend to buy. Second, us: send a difficult question mid-trial and see what comes back and how fast.
Do I need a card?
No card, no billing details, nothing to cancel. The trial is arranged on WhatsApp or through the form here, runs for 24 hours, and stops by itself. There is nothing on file that could be charged.
How long until it arrives?
Usually a few minutes. Trials are issued by hand rather than by a machine, which is fractionally slower at four in the morning and means somebody can also get your player configured while you are there.
What does the trial include?
Everything a paid account includes: all 25,000+ channels, the full on-demand library, the programme guide and the 4K feeds. A cut-down demo could not answer the question you are actually asking, so we do not issue one.
Can I get help setting the trial up?
That is rather the point of issuing it by hand. Tell us the device, we send the matching walkthrough, and if you stall you photograph the screen. A trial that never got configured tells neither of us anything.
Can I have a second trial?
Normally one per household, since it exists to answer a question rather than supply free television. If the first was genuinely wasted — a quiet night, or a device that turned out to be the obstacle — say so and we will usually extend it rather than argue about it.
When something breaks
How do I work out whose fault it is?
Play the failing channel on a laptop next to the router at the same moment it fails on the television. Clean there means the problem is inside your house — wifi, a tired device, or another screen eating bandwidth. Broken there too means it is upstream and ours. Two minutes, and it settles more arguments than any amount of describing.
One channel freezes, everything else is fine.
That feed rather than your line. Switch to its HD or SD twin, which sits beside it in the list, or change the decoder for that channel alone rather than globally. If it persists on both copies, tell us the channel name and we will look at the source.
Black screen but the sound still plays.
A decoder mismatch — the commonest single report we get. Set the player to hardware or native decoding. Two taps, and it has cost people entire evenings because nothing on screen suggests that is the cause.
It stutters only in the evening.
Almost always contention rather than the service: either your wifi, or more screens running than the line carries. Wire the main box, drop secondary screens to HD, and count what is actually playing before writing. If all of that is clean and it still fails, it is ours and we will move you.
A newly started screen was refused.
Your plan's simultaneous limit, doing exactly what it says. The symptom attaches to whichever screen started last, so it looks like that television is broken. Count what is playing across the house, phones included — a backgrounded app can hold a stream open.
Everything stopped at once, with no warning.
Check the expiry first. A term ending produces precisely this and needs nothing reinstalled — renewing restores the identical credentials within minutes and every favourite survives. It is the first thing we check too.
Devices and players
Do I need to buy anything?
Probably not, and we will tell you before you spend rather than after. Anything running your current streaming apps runs this: a smart television from 2016 onward, a Fire TV Stick, an Android box, an Apple TV, a phone, a laptop. Tell us what you own and we will say whether it will cope.
Which player should I install?
IPTV Smarters Pro to start with — free, on every platform, and asks little of you. Move to TiViMate on Android hardware if you find yourself living in the programme guide. On a Samsung or LG with nothing plugged in, it is Smarters or Smart IPTV from the set's own store.
Can I install it on every screen I own?
Yes — installations are not rationed. What your tier limits is how many play at the same moment. A bedroom set signed in and idle costs nothing, so there is no reason to leave screens unconfigured.
Will you set it up for me remotely?
No, and we would refuse if asked — nobody should hand a stranger access to their devices. What we do instead is stay in the conversation while you do it, and the walkthroughs are written so that most of the time you will not need us at all.
Legality and risk
Is IPTV itself legal?
The technology is, without qualification — it is how Hulu, YouTube TV and Sling deliver television. The question carrying weight is whether a given provider holds distribution rights for what it carries, which is about companies rather than protocols. Our legality article separates the two properly.
What are you, commercially?
A reseller of upstream streaming capacity. We commission nothing and we say so on the terms page and in the schema, because the alternative is letting you assume we are something we are not. Most services in this market are the same thing and fewer of them write it down.
Could my internet provider block it?
In the UK and parts of the EU some providers block specific servers during football fixtures under court orders. Several routes and independent DNS mitigate it; a VPN sidesteps it. American providers are not currently doing this, and nobody can promise it will never happen.
What is the actual risk to me?
In the United States enforcement concentrates on operators and sellers; individual viewers are rarely pursued. In the UK and the EU, viewers have received warning letters and a small number have been fined. That is the accurate picture rather than a reassuring one.
Reselling
Can I resell this?
Yes — wholesale credits, a panel issuing lines in seconds, your own brand and price. What deserves the most thought is not the margin, which is straightforward, but the support load: every customer you sign writes to you rather than to us.
How quickly can I start?
Send the word reseller. We go through the packs, hand over panel access the same working day, and include the guides on this site for you to forward as they are. We will also say plainly if we think the market you have in mind is not worth the effort.
